Epiwin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Epiwin platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and any other features accessible through the website or the Epiwin mobile application. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Epiwin ("the Platform", "we", "us").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or game wager on Epiwin, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way.

Epiwin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use Epiwin you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Epiwin is strictly an adults-only platform and underage use is prohibited under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Epiwin account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an Epiwin employee in a role where access to platform systems could create a conflict of interest.

Epiwin may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine security review. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restrictions or closure.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Epiwin complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Epiwin does not represent or warrant that accessing or using the platform is legal in every location. If you are uncertain about your local laws regarding online gaming, seek independent legal advice before registering.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one Epiwin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any PKR balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Epiwin account password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by another person who has accessed your account as a result of your disclosure of credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Epiwin support immediately. Epiwin will never contact you to request your password — any communication claiming to be from Epiwin and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported.

Epiwin reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the security of other players.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Epiwin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available in your account dashboard.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within seconds. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, or to a verified payment method linked to your account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

Epiwin does not apply platform-side fees to standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Epiwin's control. You are responsible for understanding any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

Epiwin reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. This may include requesting proof of identity or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — the withdrawal destination must belong to the same person who registered the Epiwin account.

Funds in your Epiwin PKR wallet that have been deposited but not yet wagered may be withdrawn subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5 before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Epiwin offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slot games, and cricket or PSL betting promotions. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms take precedence over the general bonus conditions in this section in any case of conflict.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the individual bonus terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player and once per household unless otherwise stated.
• Attempting to open multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Epiwin reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of exploitation, collusion, or systematic abuse of promotional conditions.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Epiwin may modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.

06 Game Play and Fair Use

All casino games, slot titles, fish games, and live dealer tables available on Epiwin use certified random number generation systems to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results, account history, or any external factor. Epiwin does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

You must use Epiwin games for personal entertainment only. The following are prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to play games or place bets without direct human interaction.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in games to generate winnings. Winnings generated through exploitation of technical errors are not valid and will be reversed.
• Screen recording or streaming of live dealer tables in a manner that could compromise the integrity of the game for other players.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue before the outcome is determined, Epiwin will either complete the game round using available data or void the wager and return the staked PKR to your account. Epiwin's decision in cases of technical interruption is final.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Epiwin's sports betting section covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, bilateral test and ODI series), football, esports, and other sports markets as listed in the betting section at the time of your bet. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Epiwin:

• All bets must be placed before the market closes. In-play betting markets close automatically at the point determined by each market's rules.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view a market and the time you confirm your bet — the odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the final odds that apply.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed within the betting section. Epiwin reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts or markets.
• For cricket matches, if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying overs are bowled, markets will be settled according to the specific rules stated for that market. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — Epiwin reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Attempts to exploit arbitrage opportunities through systematic betting across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players constitute abuse and are subject to the prohibited conduct rules in Section 8.

Settlement of all betting markets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and international cricket matches. Epiwin's settlement decisions based on official results are final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Epiwin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering with false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Opening or operating more than one Epiwin account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details without their explicit consent.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Using automated tools, bots, or software to interact with any part of the platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events covered in the betting section.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to launder funds or use Epiwin as a mechanism for moving money derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Epiwin support staff or other players in any communication channel.

Epiwin cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct. Where legally required, player information may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Epiwin platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and all other materials — is the property of Epiwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Epiwin platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Epiwin platform without written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Epiwin content.
• Use Epiwin's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised in writing.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software used on the platform.

10 Privacy and Data

Epiwin collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy available at epiwin.app/privacy-policy. By registering on Epiwin you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Epiwin does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Epiwin uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Your PKR transaction history and account activity records are stored securely and are accessible to you at any time through your account dashboard.

11 Responsible Gaming

Epiwin is committed to providing a responsible entertainment environment. Gaming is intended to be a form of leisure for adults who can afford to play within a budget they have set for entertainment. It is not a reliable way to earn money and outcomes involve an element of chance that cannot be controlled or predicted.

Epiwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR cap on deposits through your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — there is a cooling-off period before any increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable automatic notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified period within a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from Epiwin at any time by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications.
• Account History: Your complete deposit, withdrawal, session, and wagering history is available in your account dashboard at all times.

12 Limitation of Liability

Epiwin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and game integrity, Epiwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific expectations at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epiwin's liability to any player in connection with the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's Epiwin account at the time the relevant claim arises. Epiwin is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical failures, internet outages, or device issues outside Epiwin's reasonable control that affect your ability to access the platform.
• Losses resulting from your own failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Actions taken on your account by third parties who accessed it with your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

Epiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any provision in these Terms.
• A player's identity cannot be verified or verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected on the account.
• A player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.
• Epiwin is required to close the account due to a legal or compliance obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, Epiwin reserves the right to withhold some or all of the PKR balance depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified and eligible PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of standard verification procedures.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Epiwin support. Pending bets or game rounds at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules before the account is closed.

14 Changes to These Terms

Epiwin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that substantially affect player rights or obligations, Epiwin will aim to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Continued use of the Epiwin platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
